So this is a little bit of a different post but I couldn't resist as I was far too excited not to share with you all.
The Royal Mint offers lots of collectible coins. This is something I've always been intrigued into as my Grandad always collected coins and ever since I was small I was always around coins with a history and a story.
When I received an email seeing that they had just released Beatrix Potter coins for the 150th anniversary I couldn't even contain my excitement.
Peter Rabbit has always been part of my life, like many I read all of the books of all the magical adventures.
All the coins come in a collectible card which explains the condition and the story behind Beatrix Potter.
They have Jemima Puddle-Duck, Mrs Tiggy-Winkle, Squirrel Nutkin, Peter Rabbit and a special 150th Anniversary coin. They are all the most adorable coins but for me I had to get my hands on Peter Rabbit.
They are all available for pre-order for £10. Now although that is bizarre paying £10 for a 50p piece these are collectible. I think it's a great idea to put away for when I have children of my own.
Peter Rabbit will never get old!
Such a beautiful post ! Thx for that... I've been in love w/ Peter Rabbit since forever ! Love to hear about him from time to time :)x
